Industrial & factories,
done properly
Industrial Painters on the Mornington Peninsula
Industrial Painters on the Mornington Peninsula: factories and warehouses, walls, steel, doors and outside cladding. Tell us about the site and what it's used for, and you'll get a free written quote.

Factories and warehouses
Industrial painting is mostly big wall areas, steel frames, roller doors, offices inside the building and the cladding outside. The quote sets out each part, so it's clear which surfaces are included and what each one needs.
Metal needs the right primer
Bare and galvanised steel don't hold paint well on their own. Rust is taken back first, and the metal is primed with a primer made for it before the top coat. On coastal jobs our painters prime galvanised gutters and downpipes as a matter of course.
Keeping the site running
A working site has forklifts, deliveries and staff on shift. Before the quote, tell us which areas can be closed off and when, and about any induction or site rules. The job can then be planned in sections around the work.
Insurance on site
We hold public liability insurance and can show the certificate on request, which site managers often ask for. Outside work doesn't start when rain or heavy dew is due. We don't paint roofs, and we don't take on builders' work.

Industrial & factories
You're hereDon't pay for your industrial & factories twice.
The cheapest quote skips the prep, uses cheap paint and does one coat. It looks fine for a few months, then it peels, and you're paying someone to strip it and start again.
| What matters | The lowest bid | Aussie Painting |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation | Filler left unsanded, so every patch shows through the new paint | Filled, sanded smooth and primed where it needs it, so the finish is flat |
| The paint | Whatever's cheapest, thinned to go further | Dulux on every job |
| Coats | One coat and call it done | Enough coats for full, even coverage |
| Your building | Paint on the lights, the floor and the carpet, and a mess left behind | Everything covered, then cleaned up with no dust left, like we were never there |
| Who does the work | Whoever is free that day | All work done by trade-qualified painters |
| Who turns up | Hard to tell who's meant to be on site | A crew in uniform, so you know who's at your building |
| Insurance | Often no cover if something goes wrong | Fully insured, $20 million public liability |
| Timing | Start dates that keep moving, and no word why | A planned schedule, and a heads-up if weather changes it |
| When it fails | Peeling within months, and you pay twice | 7-year workmanship guarantee |

Quotes and price
How do I get a quote?
Call us or send the form with a line about the job and where you are. We'll arrange a time to look at it and give you a written quote. The quote is free.
How much does it cost to paint a building?
It depends on the size of the area, how much preparation the surfaces need, their condition, access and height, and how many coats it takes. We don't guess over the phone: we look at the job and put the price in writing, with each of those explained.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, but only enough to cover the materials for your job. Everything else about payment is set out in your written quote before we start.
How long will the job take?
It depends on the size of the job, how much prep it needs and, outside, the weather. Before we start you get a planned schedule, and if anything moves the dates we tell you.
