A fresh coat inside is one of the cheaper ways to lift how a home looks in listing photos and at the open. Scuffed hallways, marked doors and tired ceilings are the usual culprits. Tell us which rooms, and we'll come and look.
A quote the owner can say yes to
The written quote sets out the prep, the price with GST, the timing, the deposit and the payment terms. It reads plainly, so an owner who has never met us can understand what they're paying for and approve it without a string of phone calls. The quote is free.
Who does the work
The painting is done by qualified painters, and the business holds public liability insurance. If your agency needs to see the certificate before we start, ask and we'll show it.
Older homes on your books
Many older homes still carry oil-based enamel on the doors and trims, and every quote checks for it because it changes the prep. We don't do lead paint removal, so if a pre-1970 home might have lead paint, have it tested before any sanding.

How much does it cost to paint a house?
It depends on the size of the area, how much preparation the surfaces need, their condition, access and height, and how many coats it takes. We don't guess over the phone: we look at the job and put the price in writing, with each of those explained.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, but only enough to cover the materials for your job. Everything else about payment is set out in your written quote before we start.

Daniel's team of trade-qualified painters. Daniel runs the business and is your contact from the quote to the final walk-through.
What paint do you use?
Dulux, on every job. We pick the right Dulux product for the surface, whether that's a wet-area ceiling, weatherboards or a factory wall.
Do you paint commercial buildings and factories?
Yes. As well as homes we paint offices, shops, warehouses and factories across Frankston & Mornington Peninsula.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We back our work with a 7-year workmanship guarantee on interior walls and ceilings. The guarantee covers peeling, flaking or blistering of paint we applied, caused by our preparation or application: 7 years on eligible interior walls and ceilings, 12 months on other eligible painted surfaces, and no fixed period on decks, floors, paths, stains, oils and clear finishes.
