Rental walls take a beating. A rushed repaint often skips the prep and stops at one coat, and it shows by the next inspection. Proper filling, sanding and enough coats costs less than paying for the same rooms twice.
Know the cost before you commit
The written quote lists the prep, the price with GST, the timing, the deposit and the payment terms. Nothing is added once the painters are on site unless you've agreed to it in writing. The quote is free.
Outside, before it becomes a repair
Flaking weatherboards, faded walls and bare timber let water in. A repaint at the right time is cheaper than replacing boards later. Outside work is planned around the weather, never started when rain or heavy dew is due.
Older rentals
Houses from before 1970 can have lead-based paint in the older layers. We don't do lead paint removal, so if you're not sure, have it tested before any sanding. Every quote also checks for oil-based trims.

Do you take a deposit?
Yes, but only enough to cover the materials for your job. Everything else about payment is set out in your written quote before we start.

Dulux, on every job. We pick the right Dulux product for the surface, whether that's a wet-area ceiling, weatherboards or a factory wall.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We back our work with a 7-year workmanship guarantee on interior walls and ceilings. The guarantee covers peeling, flaking or blistering of paint we applied, caused by our preparation or application: 7 years on eligible interior walls and ceilings, 12 months on other eligible painted surfaces, and no fixed period on decks, floors, paths, stains, oils and clear finishes.
