Painting Services in Frankston & the Mornington Peninsula
What we paint
Interior Painters What an interior repaint covers, the two things that change the prep, and living in the house while it's done.
Exterior House Painters What decides the start date, what the prep involves, and the work we don't take on.
Commercial Painters What the job covers, how it's staged around a building in use, and the paperwork that usually comes first.
Industrial Painters What the job covers, what metal needs before paint, and planning around a site that keeps working.

Who we paint for
- Office Painting Which walls wear first, repainting between tenants, and planning the job around your business.
- Owners Corporation Painting A quote the committee can vote on, what counts as shared, and working while residents are home.
- Painters for Landlords Paint that lasts a tenancy, knowing the cost before you commit, and the outside before it becomes a repair.
- Painters for Real Estate Agents What matters before the photos go up, and a quote the owner can say yes to.
- Painting for Property Managers Turning a vacancy around, a quote the landlord can approve, and the things older rentals hide.
- School Painting Classrooms and corridors, the quote for the business manager, and the buildings outside.
Jobs worth knowing about
Picking the right painting page
Every kind of painting job we do on the Mornington Peninsula has a page of its own. This is how they fit together, and the jobs we don't do.
Inside, outside, or the whole house
Interior repaints cover walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves and doors, one room or the whole house. Exterior repaints cover the outside walls, fascias, gutters, downpipes, trims and doors. Plenty of jobs are both: inside while the weather is wet, outside once it dries. Ask for one quote and each part is priced on its own, so you can do it in stages.
Weatherboards, fences and decks
Weatherboards need more preparation than brick or render: loose paint comes off, bare timber is primed and the boards are checked for rot before any colour goes on. Fences and decks are brushed and rolled, never sprayed, so the coating works into the grain instead of sitting on top. Each has its own page because the preparation is most of the job.
Rentals, strata, shops and factories
Rental repaints are quoted to the owner or the agent and timed between tenants. Strata work needs a quote the committee can vote on. Shops and offices are staged around a business that stays open, and factory work is planned around a site that keeps running. We work for real estate agents, property managers, landlords, owners corporations, offices and schools, and each has a page under ‘Who we paint for’.
What we don't take on
We don't remove lead paint, so a home built before 1970 isn't priced online; we look at it in person first. We don't paint old fibro (asbestos cement) at all, we don't do epoxy floors or roofs, we don't take on builders' work, and we don't work weekends. Saying so here saves you a call.
How the quote works
Tell us the job and we come and look. You get a free written quote before anything starts, listing each room or surface and what's being done to it. Inside, we check the trims for old oil-based enamel, because painting over it changes the prep. Outside, we don't start when rain or heavy dew is due. For a house, the instant quote on this site gives a price range straight away; the final price can be higher or lower once we've seen the place.
